A. Shipping costs:
We charge the following for shipping on all USA orders.

C. Delivery Terms:
Deliveries will be made with UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL,… to deliver the product.
D. Change of Delivery Address:
- We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at support@uniquegiftaz.com
E. Cancellations:
- There are no cancellations allowed. See refund & exchange policy for further information.
F. Parcels Damaged In Transit:
- If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
G. International Delivery:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

Uniquegiftaz is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Uniquegiftaz will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and...
The customer refuses to accept the package
Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Uniquegiftaz reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
